Our Top 5 Latin Songs of the Moment-July

Another month, another list. July has brought us some awesome music. Here are 5 of our favorite songs from the world of música latina this month. We decided to change it up this time and let YOU rank them! Have you heard them yet? Which song on this list is your favorite? Let us know!

“Hoy Es Domingo”-Diego Torres ft. Rubén Blades

Why We Picked It: Pure, natural, organic--these are all words we would use to describe the music of Diego Torres. It's so easy to listen to. We were thrilled when we found out he was releasing a new single, and this track certainly lived up to our expectations. It has become our go-to anthem for summer Sundays. We're glad he's back!

“Algo Brilla en Mí (Remix)”-Natalia Jiménez ft. Maluma

Why We Picked It: We love Natalia Jiménez and we love this song! Upbeat and sunny, it brightens our day when we listen to it. Maluma lends the track an exciting urban edge.

See the original version from her album Creo en Mí featured on April’s list of our Top 5 Latin Songs of the Moment.

“Santa de Mi Devoción”-Alexis y Fido

Why We Picked It: "Santa de Mi Devoción" is by far one of the best from this Puerto Rican duo. Latin Grammy nominated, they have experienced enormous success with a variety of hits. The video for "Santa," a track featured on their 2014 album La Esencia, was just released on Tuesday and is sure to receive heavy airplay.

“Grande Amore”-Il Volo

Why We Picked It: Proving once again that they are supremely talented and versatile artists, Il Volo recently released the Spanish version of their Sanremo-winning Eurovision entry. Spectacularly thrilling, it is every bit as impressive and stunning as the original.

Check out the original Italian version featured on our lists The Best of Il Volo, Top Italian Songs of the Moment, and best of Eurovision 2015.

“Ginza”-J Balvin

Why We Picked It: Premiered this year at Premios Juventud, the latest track from J Balvin has already hit #1 in 8 countries and will no doubt be another worldwide hit for this rising superstar from Medellín, Colombia. Check out the official video below, just released Tuesday.
