Valerio Scanu Tops Italy's iTunes Charts with "Finalmente piove"

It's been six years since Valerio Scanu's victory at Sanremo, but he most certainly has not been forgotten!

Although the former Amici contestant placed 13th in this year's Festival, he had one of its most loved songs with "Finalmente piove." The track, which was written by Fabrizio Moro, has been declared by Scanu as a representation of who he is today. As the first single from his new album of the same name, "Finalmente piove" currently tops Italy's iTunes Singles chart, outranking Elisa's "No Hero" and the worldwide hit "Ginza" from Colombian sensation J Balvin.

Released on February 12, Scanu's new album features 13 tracks, including standouts "Un piccolissimo ricordo" and "Rinascendo." Love it!
