Ilinca & Alex Florea Represent Romania with "Yodel It!"-ESC 2017

Ilinca and Alex Florea represent Romania in this year's Eurovision Song Contest with the wonderfully unique song "Yodel It!"

Written by Alexa Niculae and composed by Mihai Alexandru, "Yodel It!" is full of good vibes and combines Ilinca's yodeling talent with Alex Florea's gritty vocals.

Ilinca is Romania's only yodeling artist. Coming from a musical family, she has studied music since she was seven years old and was a contestant on Romania's editions of X Factor (as part of a four-piece girl band) and The Voice. Alex Florea, who started singing when he was 16, is a former The Voice of Romania contestant (2015) and participated on X Factor with his brother in 2014. He is currently enrolled in a master's degree program and is an actor.

Watch the pair's live performance from Selecţia Naţională, Romania's national selection show, as well as the official video, below. Ilinca and Alex Florea will compete during the Second Semi-Final on May 11.
