In Case You Missed It...Here Are Italy's Sanremo 2016 Participants

Spanning the course of five evenings, the 66th edition of Italy's legendary Festival di Sanremo will take place from February 9th to February 13th 2016. Sanremo has taken place every year since 1951 and has served as a platform where many classic Italian hits have been debuted by artists such as Domenico Modugno, Eros Ramazzotti, and Marco Mengoni. And as we have seen with acts like 2015's winners Il Volo, who won over Italy and what seems like the rest of the world with their overwhelming hit "Grande Amore," the music festival has incredible potential to bring competing artists great success and expose them to a diverse and much larger audience.

The winner of this year's edition will be able to represent Italy at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Stockholm, Sweden.
