Phebe Starr Releases Electro-Pop Single "Two Hearts"

Australia's Phebe Starr has just released a divine electro-pop single.

"Two Hearts" is a full-bodied blend of ethereal vocals and dreamy, uplifting melodies that follows the release of Starr's previous singles "They Keep Telling Me" and "Feel My Love." Together, those two singles have accumulated over 2.5 million streams and will be included along with "Two Hearts" on her soon-to-be-released EP Chronicles.

Although it may seem like just another love song, "Two Hearts" is actually an incredible audible manifestation of Starr's introspection. "People might think this song is about a guy but it isn't," Starr explained. "I hardly ever write about romantic love. It's about my internal fight against doubt. My mom is an outspoken strong woman and my father is a conservative man. Sometimes I feel I inherited a battle of opposing values."
