For many, Christmas is usually a celebratory time of year, filled with joyful festivals, sparkling lights, and magnificent scenes of snow-kissed trees and sleigh rides.

But when Christmas is over, coming off that insane holiday high can be hard for some, and Danielle Hollobaugh speaks to those feelings with her latest single “Post Holiday Blues.”

Defined by a dark symphonic spin, the song was born one year when the talented Florida-born, Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter, who has also been blind since birth, was taking down her Christmas decorations. Through honest lyrics, she explores not only the sadness of saying goodbye to the magic of the season, but also of saying goodbye to a loved one around this time of year as well.

“Post Holiday Blues” is the lead single off Hollobaugh’s newly released EP Holiday Love. Stream below.
