Sanremo 2019 Runner Up Ultimo Releases New Single in Roman Dialect "Fateme Cantà"

Italian singer and songwriter Ultimo has released a brand new single following the success of his Sanremo 2019 entry “I tuoi particolari.”

“Fateme Cantà” sees the Roman-born singer and songwriter bringing it back to his roots: the song is the first he has penned in his native Roman dialect. Highlighting the contrast between success and daily life, the track presents Ultimo’s desire to simply make music.

“Fateme Cantà” will be included on Ultimo’s upcoming album Colpa delle favole along with “I tuoi particolari,” which has already been certified gold. “It’s perhaps the rawest song that I’ve ever written, more real. Raw, but real,” he says about the song.
