It’s no secret that we’re huge fans of up and coming singer-songwriter Catalina.

Born in Santiago, Chile and now based in Nashville, the bilingual artist delivers a captivating blend of soul, R&B, and, staying true to her roots, a little bit of Latin flavor. Add that to a brilliant positive attitude, a heaping dose of girl power, and an admirable measure of tenacity and you’ve got one of the freshest, fiercest female voices on the scene today.

Catalina is currently gearing up for the release of her new album Multifacética on June 14, and today we’re super excited to have the exclusive premiere of her latest single, “Headspace.”

Aligning with Catalina’s positive outlook on life, the edgy track dives deep into the feeling of being stuck in some way yet instead of wishing you were somewhere else or doing something different, you adapt and use where you are in the present moment to your advantage.

"Headspace was inspired by the numbing feeling of being out with your friends at the club, but not really wanting to be there,” Catalina says. “The meaning of it now is so much more universal. It’s about being stuck in a particular headspace, whether it be good or bad, you are embracing it as it is the only way to overcome it.”

“Headspace” follows the success of the album’s first single “Passing Through the Palms”/“Pasa Por Las Palmas”. Listen to “Headspace” below.
