Musical Notes Global continues its holiday celebration with a new one from Laust Sonne.

Sonne, a Copenhagen-based composer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and industry veteran, previously played in bands like Dear, Bugpowder, and the renowned rock band D-A-D before going solo.

Carrying his signature style of "Modern Pop with Heart," as he calls it, Sonne's latest single "X-Mas Morning" is laced with profound emotion and finds the singer joined by a stirring string quartet. Overflowing with rich instrumentals and powerful lyrics, the project magically conveys a Christmas feeling while at the same time serving as a musical and visual reimagination of his previous single "Sunday Morning," a track that recounts a story of heartbreak when feelings go unreciprocated.
