Kelsy Karter Delivers Soaring New Anthem "Stick To Your Guns"

Born in New Zealand and based in Los Angeles, rising singer-songwriter Kelsy Karter is on the brink of exploding into superstardom thanks to her intoxicating blend of pop and rock.

Inspired by legendary acts such as Queen, David Bowie, and The Rolling Stones, Karter is delivering a refreshing take on classic rock ‘n roll, modernizing it with glistening elements of pop and creating a captivating sound reminiscent of current female icons Lana Del Rey and Billie Eilish. Needless to say, in 2019, she went viral with her independently released single “Harry” before signing with BMG Recordings this past March.

The blossoming artist just dropped her latest gem “Stick To Your Guns,” a soaring, empowering anthem that will remind listeners to remain true to who they are, no matter the adversity or circumstances they may face.

"I've got a reputation for speaking my mind and standing up for what I believe in but anyone in this industry knows that we can all be influenced from time to time," Karter explains. “I went through a particularly scarring day last year where I was being told I had to be something that I'm not in order to succeed. The shit I was being told I should do to get ‘bigger’ was so out of character for me and I went home that day feeling violated. My inner child was kicking and screaming that day for sure. But it made me remember who I was - that outspoken and puckish girl that wasn't gonna let someone else tell me what to do. The next day I wrote ‘Stick To Your Guns.’”
